Spendsei provides tools for receipt scanning, expense tracking, budgeting, recurring bills, split groups, shared expenses, group chat, stickers, voice notes, polls, travel and multi-currency tracking, analytics, and AI-powered financial insights.

Certain features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Some features may require an internet connection, an active account, device permissions, or a paid subscription.

Spendsei relies on cloud infrastructure including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Messaging, and related services.

Data synchronization, backups, notifications, media uploads, and account access may depend on third-party infrastructure providers.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, data synchronization, or access to cloud-backed features.

Features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, platform restrictions, or third-party service issues.

You may upload receipts, expenses, profile photos, messages, stickers, images, videos, voice notes, and other content.

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Spendsei a limited license to store, process, transmit, display, and synchronize that content as necessary to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

You are responsible for the accuracy of financial, receipt, expense, and group information you enter or approve.

When using split groups, chats, polls, stickers, shared expenses, or other collaborative features, information may be visible to other group participants.

You are responsible for what you share within groups.

Spendsei is not responsible for disputes between users regarding shared expenses, reimbursements, payments, group balances, settlements, or group activities.

Group balances, owed amounts, paid statuses, and settlement tracking are provided for convenience and may require user review or correction.

Spendsei may allow users to send messages, reactions, polls, stickers, images, videos, voice notes, and other user-generated content.

You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, infringing, misleading, or otherwise harmful.

You are responsible for stickers, media, messages, and other content you create, import, or share.

We may remove content or restrict access if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules.

Spendsei may provide AI-powered insights, summaries, spending analysis, financial commentary, receipt parsing, budget recommendations, entertainment features, AI roasts, and voice-generated content.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, offensive, or inappropriate.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

AI outputs are not financial, tax, legal, accounting, investment, or professional advice.

AI feature availability, limits, models, and usage rules may change over time.

Receipt scanning relies on optical character recognition (OCR), automated parsing, and related processing technologies.

Receipt extraction results may contain errors, missing items, incorrect totals, duplicate entries, or incorrect categories.

Users are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and confirming receipt information before relying on it.

Spendsei does not guarantee that scanned receipts, item lists, totals, taxes, tips, discounts, or categories will be accurate.

Spendsei may offer free and paid subscription plans, including Spendsei Pro.

Spendsei Pro may include monthly and yearly subscription options, premium features, AI usage limits, and other benefits shown in the app or App Store listing.

Certain plans may include promotional free trial periods, such as a 7-day free trial, when available.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store account before renewal.

Subscription pricing, features, trials, limits, and availability may change over time.

Refunds, cancellations, billing issues, and renewal management are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Spendsei may send push notifications, in-app alerts, or related messages about expenses, split groups, chat activity, reminders, account activity, subscription status, product updates, and other app-related events.

You may disable notifications through your device settings.

Some notification features may require device permissions or cloud messaging services.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with app functionality, abuse AI features, upload harmful content, spam other users, impersonate others, or violate applicable laws.

You agree not to use Spendsei for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, payment scams, or unauthorized data collection.

Spendsei may integrate with third-party providers including Firebase, Google, Apple, OpenAI, payment platforms, communication services, analytics providers, and cloud infrastructure providers.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Spendsei is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, pricing changes, errors, or actions.

Spendsei, its branding, designs, software, features, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or exploit Spendsei or its content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

User-generated content remains owned by the user who created or uploaded it, subject to the limited license needed to operate the service.

Certain features may be offered in beta, preview, or pre-release form, including through TestFlight or internal testing.

Beta features may contain bugs, inaccuracies, service interruptions, crashes, missing functionality, or data loss.

Beta functionality may change or be removed without notice.

You should not rely on beta features as your only record of important financial or group information.

Spendsei is a budgeting, expense tracking, split group, and entertainment tool.

Spendsei does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or professional advice.

Any budgets, insights, summaries, forecasts, recommendations, or AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only.

You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

Spendsei is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that Spendsei will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of OCR results, AI outputs, spending summaries, group balances, currency conversions, notifications, or cloud synchronization.

To the extent permitted by law, Spendsei is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Spendsei is not responsible for financial losses, payment disputes, inaccurate entries, missed reminders, incorrect AI outputs, user-generated content, lost data, or third-party service issues.

We may suspend or terminate access to Spendsei for violations of these Terms.

Examples include fraud, abuse, harassment, spam, illegal content, unauthorized access attempts, intellectual property violations, or misuse of the service.

You may stop using Spendsei at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we may update the effective date or provide notice where appropriate.

Continued use of Spendsei after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to NGEN Labs LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
